GP-C8 phase is synthesized with monomeric and fully endcapped chemistry. The uniform octyl stationary phase allows high efficiency with lower hydrophobicity compared to ODS phase. GP-C8 phase is suitable for separating compounds with a wide range of hydrophobicity. It is highly recommended for separating the compounds which are too strongly retained on C18 phases.

Utilizing highest purity and enhanced mechanical stability silica and pure bonding reagents, BR-C18 bonded phases have been innovatively and specially designed to ensure maximum surface coverage and full end-capping, which leads to carbon content as high as 19.0%. The bonding chemistry is completely controlled that results in very reliable column-to-column reproducibility. The maximum surface coverage allows BR-C18 to have exceptional stability, resulting in high pH stability in the range of 1.5 to 10.5.

Its slim architecture allows it to easily fit into crowded instrument compartments or to connect directly to tightly-spaced injection ports. When tightened by hand, the EXP2 Stem Trap seals to 8,700+ psi. Additionally, the product can be wrench tightened to 20,000+ psi (1,400+ bar). The unique packed floating stem installs directly into any 10-32 port and automatically adjusts to provide a perfect ZDV connection. The new EXP2 design incorporates an integral ferrule into the front-end of the holder so there is no separate ferrule to lose! The replacement stems are also low volume/ low-dispersion, intended for many repeat uses and is available with various bed volume and custom packing options. Utilizing proprietary surface technologies, SRT-10 and SRT-10C SEC phases are made of uniform, hydrophilic, and neutral nanometer thick films chemically bonded on high purity and mechanically stabilized 10 µm silica. The well-controlled surface chemistry results in excellent lot-to-lot reproducibility. Our unique bonding chemistry, coupled with the maximized bonding density, allows SRT-10 and SRT-10C SEC phases to provide high stability and negligible non-specific interactions. SRT-10 and SRT-10C packings have large pore volume, resulting in high separation resolution. Typical applications for SRT-10 and SRT-10C columns include separation and detection of biological molecules and water-soluble polymers in aqueous buffers.
